punkhouse is juuni’s upcoming album, a diverse, emotional, and energetic electronic project pulling from his DIY past. It features booming kicks and arresting drum breaks beneath melancholy chord progressions. Yearning vocal chops and layers of acoustic and electric guitar fill the spaces, bringing you alongside a young juuni through dingy punk houses and small basement shows.

juuni is a Minnesota-born artist now based in Los Angeles. He began shaping his sound at 15, performing in Midwestern punk houses and DIY venues. In 2012, he moved to Seattle to produce and perform in the underground rap scene, including a KEXP in-studio during 2020. In late 2024, Juuni released the eclectic electronic album painkiller, mastered by Grammy-winning engineer Daddy Kev.
